The senior leadership team at Jacuzzi Ontario has been closely monitoring the progression of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. As always, the health and safety of our customers, staff and the general public is our top priority, which is why we have made the difficult decision to close all of our retail showrooms until further notice.  Jacuzzi Ontario will continue to offer virtual, and phone appointments, along with spa service and repair, and our online store remains open 24-7 to process orders for water care and accessories.

Ensuring that your hot tub or all season pool is clean and fully operational is imperative. Our team is still offering hot tub service, repair and maintenance. Contact your local Jacuzzi Ontario location or complete this form to request a service appointment.

Social distancing protocols have been put in place for all service appointments, along with strict sanitation and hand hygiene routines.


To comply with the guidelines provided by the CDC, Government of Canada and the public health sector, our service technicians will sanitize their hands before and after each call, and they will keep a six-foot distance from you at all times. If any of our team members are feeling unwell, they have been instructed to stay home, self-isolate and contact their health care provider.
