My family recently purchased a SwimLife swimspa from the Jacuzzi Wellness Shop in Vaughan. Our experience working with Alissa McNamara at the Vaughan location was exceptional. She was patient, kind, caring, and informative during each interaction. She was able to answer all of our questions with honesty and integrity. She provided us with the opportunity for a swim test after store hours, seamlessly coordinated with all necessary contractors to install the swim spa, and offered an informative spa school lesson. Delivery day went smoothly all thanks to Alissa. We love our new swim spa and are enjoying it each and every day!

We purchased a Jacuzzi Swim Spa through the Jacuzzi location in London, Ontario. The process was very easy as we dealt with only one salesperson as a point of contact throughout our purchase. Freddy Parreira was very knowledgeable about the spa and was quick to answer any of our questions, returning calls, text, and emails promptly. The installation went smoothly, with the spa lifted by crane over the house and set in place. The electrician, spa crew, and crane all arrived on time and were extremely professional. We needed a few instructions, so of course we called Freddy who walked us through. The swim spa is amazing and we could not be happier that we chose this option for backyard enjoyment. The whole experience has been a 10/10.

We are very happy with our recent purchase of our swim spa. Freddy in the London store was great to deal with and very responsive. We did our due diligence and shopped around with other brands and this by far was the best option as well as the best salesperson in Freddy. We would recommend Jacuzzi to anyone as it has been a great experience from start to finish.

I purchased a swim spa from James Smith at the Wellness Shop. Of course, during COVID everything took longer to get in, but now that it’s been in for a while I have to say I love it….use it daily!!! The installation was an event and fun (cranes over houses) and everyone was polite and fun.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a swim spa from Melanie and Jeff at Jacuzzi. They were patient and easy to talk to, answering all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was extremely positive. Melanie even organized the contractors who created the cement pad, as well as the electricians, which was a huge help. She was with us every step of the way, making herself available to us whenever we needed her. The product was delivered on time and with care from everyone on the team. Jeff was also very helpful instructing us on how to get the most out of the features of the spa. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a spa.

Purchased a swim spa July 2023. We dealt with Zack who was amazing from start to finish. Answered all questions, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. The entire process was never felt to be a sale, more like people chatting about what they want and Zack pieced it all together.
Delivery went quick, very professional and friendly. The electrical was completed by a fabulous pair of electricians that accommodated having to work around another contractor that was on-site. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service provided
