Julio was our service provider for recent maintenance. He notices our nature stick was lodged and was able to get the stick out. He mentioned it is to go in the well beside the outside of filter to avoid that, previous techs have always placed it directly inside the filter with bottom of stick in pump. We greatly appreciated he was able to find the missing piece and it did not damage our pump as we recently had to have that replaced.

Appointment was easy to make. Text follow up a day prior To appointment good reminder. Call from the technician 30 mn before arrival is great and follow from administration team the following day to confirm parts to have been ordered and new apt will happen ASAP is on point. We look forward to getting our Jacuzzi up and running. Hopefully the heater will be replaced soon and it will all go smoothly.

Once I could sort out the service side, which was not a very good experience regarding online and phone support. It was only after I dropped by the store did I find that dealing with the staff was great, as always and certainly the technician who carried out the service was fantastic!

I wasn’t home or available to talk to the service person that day. From what I could see it looked like he did a great job. I just wish he had replaced the old Zorbie with a new one. We would have paid for it. Also, usually the service person takes the old items that were replaced with them but all the garbage was left behind in our backyard. I’m not sure why. Maybe he wanted us to see what he replaced. But I was surprised to see it all left there.
